Registration includes opening reception, printed proceedings for oral and poster sessions, breakfast and lunch for 4 days at the Westin Annapolis Hotel.

The conference registration fee must be paid before 1 October 2015 to receive the Early-bird rate, and can be purchased for Regular Professionals and Students (undergraduate or graduate, sorry no Post-docs) for the Symposium (1-5 February), with or without the Banquet ticket for Friday, 5 February 2016.

Included in the Registration:

  • Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, 1 February 2016 in the Annapolis Ballroom at the Westin Annapolis Hotel which is included the registration fee. This is a good opportunity to mingle with your fellow conference guests while enjoying light refreshments.
  • Breakfast will be served daily from 6:30 to 8:00 am (Tues, 2 Feb thru Friday,5 Feb 2015) in the Capital Ballroom at the Westin Annapolis Hotel.
  • Lunch will be served daily (2-5 Feb 2015) in the Capital Ballroom at the Westin Annapolis Hotel.
  • Mentor/Mentee Session – for more information or to participate, contact Jake McPherson (jmcpherson@ducks.org).
  • Hospitality: Tuesday, 2 Feb 2016 in the Park Place room hosted by California Waterfowl Association.
  • Poster Sessions will be held on Wednesday, 3 February &Thursday, 4 February in the Annapolis Ballroom at the Westin Annapolis Hotel.

Awards Banquet:

Conference banquet will be held on Friday, 5 February 2016 for a plated dinner, awards ceremony, and entertainment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made in writing (letter or email) to the Organizing Committee (Chris Williams:ckwillia@udel.edu or Samantha Richman: cruciger7@gmail.com before 15 January 2016. No fees will be refunded after this date and a processing fee of $10 will be deducted from all refunds.  We will accept late cancellations for Government representatives waiting for last minute travel approval, minus the processing fee of $10.
